Shipping
Retail orders placed on this site are dispatched from Shenzhen within 1–2 business days. Express delivery is typically 3–6 business days to the US, EU, UK and Australia, and 2–4 days within Asia.
- Orders under $300 — express shipping quoted at checkout by destination weight.
- Orders over $300 — free express shipping.
- Wholesale orders — air freight, sea freight or your nominated forwarder. We provide the packing list, commercial invoice and battery declaration before pickup.
Customs and duties
Import duties and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price. We declare goods accurately — under-declaration is not something we will do, because it puts your shipment at risk of seizure. If you have a preferred HS code or a broker, tell us before dispatch.
Warranty
Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What is covered: components that fail under normal use, firmware faults, battery defects within the first six months.
What is not covered: water damage beyond the rated depth, physical impact, unauthorised repair, and normal wear on accessories such as mounts and cables.
How claims work: email a short video or photo showing the fault, plus your order number. We ship replacement parts or units with your next order, or immediately for urgent cases. We do not ask you to return a defective unit before we act.
Returns
Unopened retail orders can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus return freight. Opened units are handled under warranty. Wholesale returns are handled case by case — our aim is always to keep your sellable inventory moving.
