Two ways to work with us, depending on how much of the product you want to own.
OEM — your brand on a proven platform
Take a model from the catalogue and change the parts your customer actually sees: logo, housing colour and finish, retail box, manual, accessory kit, barcodes and the startup animation. MOQ starts at 100 units per SKU on stock configurations, and 1,000 units for full retail packaging. Lead time is typically 15–25 days after artwork approval, plus 7 days for a pre-production sample.
ODM — your specification, our engineering
When the form factor, sensor or feature set has to change, we start from the schematic rather than the shelf. A typical ODM cycle runs: specification workshop (week 1) → ID and DFM review (weeks 2–3) → EVT sample (weeks 4–7) → DVT with certification (weeks 8–13) → PVT and mass production. Tooling is quoted separately and amortised against volume; the tooling stays yours.
What we need from you to quote
- Target retail price and channel (Amazon, retail chain, distributor, fleet)
- Volume for the first order and the first 12 months
- Must-have features and any features you explicitly do not want
- Destination country, so we scope the right certification set
- Reference product or ID sketches, if you have them

From your brief to a sealed carton
Vanci Group started in Hong Kong in 2014. Shenzhen Vanci opened in 2016 and the Dongguan plant followed in 2024 — which means engineering, tooling, certification and assembly sit inside the same organisation, not across five trading intermediaries.

CE, FCC, RoHS and battery UN38.3 testing handled with our labs. Logo, packaging and manual artwork produced in-house.

SMT, optical alignment, burn-in and 100% functional QC on the Dongguan line, then consolidated shipping to your port.

Prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen or EXW, exclusive of freight. Tooling for full ODM is quoted separately and amortised against volume.
