Orders and minimums
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 units per SKU for stock configurations. Retail-ready custom packaging starts at 1,000 units. Sample orders of 1–5 units are always possible at sample pricing.
Can I order one unit to test?
Yes. Sample units ship within 3–7 days by DHL or FedEx. The sample cost is credited against your first mass-production order over 500 units.
Do you accept mixed containers?
Yes — mixed SKUs are fine as long as each SKU meets its own minimum. We will optimise the carton plan to reduce empty space and freight cost.
Samples and lead time
How long does a custom sample take?
7–10 days for logo and packaging changes on a stock model; 4–7 weeks for a genuine ODM change with new tooling.
What is the production lead time?
15–25 days after artwork and deposit approval for stock platforms, 35–50 days for ODM.
Certification
Which certificates do you provide?
CE, FCC, RoHS and UN38.3 as standard for applicable products. REACH, PSE, KC and UKCA can be arranged on request. Reports are issued in your company name where the certification body allows it.
Payment and shipping
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment, by T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance. Retail orders on this site are paid by card, PayPal, WeChat Pay or Alipay at checkout.
Which Incoterms do you ship on?
EXW Shenzhen, FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, and CIF to most major ports. Air and express are available for urgent orders.
Warranty
What is covered?
12 months against manufacturing defects. We keep spare parts for every model for at least three years after discontinuation, and we will quote a repair or replacement rather than leaving you with dead stock.
