What we collect
When you submit an inquiry we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, country, product interest, quantity and message you provide. When you place an order we additionally collect billing and shipping addresses and payment status.

- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation
- To process, ship and support your order
- To meet tax, customs and accounting obligations
- To send occasional product updates, only if you have opted in
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your request: our freight forwarders and couriers (name, address, phone), our payment processors (card data is handled entirely by them — we never see or store card numbers), and our email service provider. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for three years. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Chinese tax law.
